The process is so simple!  Just browse through the online Cuckoo Flower shop, click on any items that you wish to buy ( you will be advised if they are currently out of stock) and add them into your shopping basket. After finishing your selection and when you are ready, simply click on the “View Cart” button to verify that you have everything you require, then click on the “Checkout” button to proceed with payment for your goods.

 

We accept  most major credit card payment and debit cards( with the exception of American Express). You will be asked for a few details which are needed to complete the order. If you have any queries about the process please contact us by any of the means listed on the “Contact Us” page. By placing an order you will be deemed to be in agreement with and to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods ordered.

 

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

 

Note: All prices shown in the online Cuckoo Flower shop are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at 17.5%.

 

Most orders of items in stock will be despatched within 5 working days, although we will make every effort to despatch your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is despatched you will receive another e-mail confirmation.

 

A standard delivery charge of £3.95 is added to any order, per delivery address. Standard delivery is First Class post for packages under 1.5kg and the Post Office Standard parcel service for heavier packages. For orders over £60.00 postage and packaging is free.

 

Delivery charges referred to above are for delivery to UK addresses only. Delivery to other countries, including Eire and the Channel Islands may be possible but please telephone or send us an e-mail to verify and receive a quote, using the contact details given on the “Contact Us” page.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for meeting any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We urge you to contact your local customs office for further information.

At The Cuckoo Flower, we care about the environment and consequently we try to re-cycle packaging as much as possible.This means that you may receive your goods in packaging that has been re-used. We hope you do not mind.

 

If you have not submitted your order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the "Remove" button next to a particular product.

If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation e-mail from Cuckooflower.co.uk, you can still cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please e-mail your cancellation marked "URGENT CANCELLATION" to the e-mail address listed on the Contact Us page. Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the e-mail.

If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours after the order was placed, you will need to wait until you receive the goods and follow our Returns procedure below.

We take great care in the selection of our products and sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from the online Cuckoo Flower shop, however if for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product, please do so un-used and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt enclosing a clear note of why you are returning the article and whether you wish for a refund or an exchange  (subject to availability).

 

When returning items by post you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit on being returned.

Return postage will only be refunded where the reason for the return is that the goods arrived with you damaged or faulty. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us, subject to the above conditions being met.

 

We use SAGE PAY as our secure online payment service  provider. They are a widely recognised secure payment service provider who offer secure online credit card and debit card payment facilities. As with all such providers, any transaction information passed between the online Cuckoo Flower shop and SAGE PAY will be encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We do not hold any customer credit card information on our own systems.
